Micki McDaniel

Micki serves as General Counsel and is an Estate Planning Advisor for McDaniel Wealth Management, PLLC, based in our Danville office.  She provides strategic estate planning and business guidance to our clients and their families, including trust and estate planning, estate and probate administration, and business-related advice.  She is also the owner of Micki W. McDaniel Attorney at Law, PLLC, which was established in 2005 to provide comprehensive estate planning, administration and business legal services.

Micki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism as well as a Master’s Degree in Education, with an emphasis in Sports Administration, from the University of Kentucky.  She earned her Juris Doctor as a 1998 graduate of the University of Kentucky Rosenburg College of Law.  She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

She lives in Danville with her husband, Tim, and is the mother of daughter Grace McDaniel Hodge, son-in-law Zach Hodge, and son Will.  She is an active member of Southland Christian Church and volunteers at the Boyle County Food Bank.  She is an active equestrian and a life member of the United States Eventing Association, a member of the United States Equestrian Federation, and the Midsouth Dressage and Eventing Association.
